How do I set up email forwarding?
From your dashboard, open Account, then Email Forwarding. We give you a dedicated forwarding address tied to your station. You add it as a forwarding destination in your supplier email inbox (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or your supplier portal), confirm the verification email, and BOLs, invoices, and EFT receipts start flowing in automatically. The setup wizard walks you through it step by step.
How do I add a station?
If you already have an active subscription, contact us at support@myfuelhq.com and we will provision the new station, add it to your account, and ship a Station Hub if needed. Your subscription automatically updates to the correct volume tier the next billing cycle. Self-serve station creation is on the roadmap.
How do I update my payment method?
From your dashboard, go to Billing and click Manage Subscription. That opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and download receipts. Changes take effect immediately. If you run into trouble, email support@myfuelhq.com and we can update your payment method on your behalf.
What happens if my hub goes offline?
Your historical data and dashboards stay fully available — only live POS sync and live tank polling pause while the hub is offline. We monitor every hub heartbeat and reach out proactively if yours stops checking in. Most outages are local network issues that resolve with a power cycle of the hub or the network equipment. If it persists, email support@myfuelhq.com and we will help diagnose remotely.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing support@myfuelhq.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We will export a full copy of your station data on request so nothing is locked in.
