1. Service
MyFuelHQ provides software for fuel document intake, reconciliation, and reporting for fuel retail operations.
2. Customer Data
You retain ownership of station and business data. You grant MyFuelHQ a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
3. Security and Access
You are responsible for account credentials and user access within your organization. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Billing
Paid plans renew per subscription terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension. Trial and cancellation rules are defined by your active plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access attempts, or abusive traffic patterns that degrade platform availability.
